Large cheap room next to the University
I rent a room from August 2020-March 2021 in my apartment at Abildgade 13, Aarhus N. We need to be out 03/2021 as the property needs to be renovated. On the other hand, it is really cheap, located right next to Uni and we should not treat it with velvet gloves. The room that is rented out is also large for 17m2 unfurnished (see floor plan below). There is also a lift. I'm not going to make any money off of it and split the bill right over. It will be max 3000kr / month (probably cheaper depending on what broadband is going to cost. Deposit comes self on top) and it is with it all: water, heat, internet, electricity. It will be possible to move in earlier if desired. Conversations are held at the beginning of week 30. To be considered, you must be: - Happy and respectful. You must also be socially minded, as I myself am what you need and the time to share one home with another and not use it as a commuter address. - You have to be an active student to live there. At the same time, we also get a fairly similar routine. - Willing to live there until 03/2021 and realize that we must be looking for it. About me / future roommate: -I start on the candidate in International Studies at AU. - I am originally from Fun but read in kbh for the last 5 years and lived there with several roomies. - I went to college and traveled many places, I've also been in the restaurant business for a long time. I want to start training but always watch netflix instead. I love board games and am always ready for a cup of coffee with milk.
