Large, bright apartment in the heart of Nørrebro
-English below- I'm looking for a new roommate for my lovely 3 bedroom apartment at Nørrebros Runddel! The basic info: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, located between the Assistance, the Stefanskirken, the Nørrebropark and a wide range of transport and shopping opportunities. There is a large communal kitchen with dining area that opens onto the large communal area. Spacious bathroom with separate shower. Also large entrance hall. The apartment was realized in 2016. The practical: Your room is approx. 9 sqm and faces our green, quiet courtyard. It is furnished with a bed of 120cm, a small desk and two dressers. I'm flexible about what furniture stays in the room, but clearly prefer renters without much habengut. The rent is inclusive of all consumption - water, heating, netflix, license, internet, laundry and electricity. There is also a dishwasher and some storage space for your items in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. I'm not looking for short-term renters, but have nevertheless drafted a legal contract that ends with 2 months termination both ways (standard contract). About you: You have work / studies / other projects in your daily life. You are good at cleaning up yourself in the common areas, you are healthy at cleaning times and generally you have a desire to take care of the apartment you live in. You usually smoke as little as possible in the apartment as a rule. You do not have overnight guests several times a week and are prepared to respect each other's needs. You primarily consider your home as a base of calm, where you can retreat and recharge. You also like a chat, think it's okay that we have friends when it suits and is okay having a festive event a rare occasion. About me: I'm 29 years old and just finished my graduate in Psychology and Education at RUC. I am also a musician and likes to participate as a crew for music and cultural events, eg at Warehouse 9 :) I'm social by nature and often go out for the weekend. The basic info: It's close to everything, but on a quiet, nice street. Both bedrooms are facing a green backyard. There's a big entrance, big kitchen, big living room and a big bathroom. There is a dishwasher and a functional laundry room in the basement. The practical stuff: Your cozy room is about 9 m2, and is furnished with a bed, two dressers and a small desk. The rent is 4400 DKK a month all inclusive (water, heating, electricity, internet, netflix and laundry-room). There is also storage space for you in the entrance, kitchen and bathroom. I am not looking for a short-term tenant, but have written a contract that allows for termination of leases on a two-month notice that goes both ways.
