Seeking VEGETARIAN student for a nice room in newly renovated 2-room in Valby.
When my boyfriend and I move apart, I look for a vegetarian / vegan to a large bright room in Valby. The apartment is located in a quiet area in Valby called Ålholm which is located on the border with Frederiksberg and Rødovre. The apartment is 3 minutes from Ålholm S-train station in Roskildevej where also several buses go incl. 6A. With the F-path, there are two stops to Flintholm, where the metro stops to the center. About 5-10 minutes walk away is Damhussøen, a scenic area used by many to run and walk. In extension (both ways) are open areas where you can play ball, enjoy the sun in the summer etc. The apartment is a newly renovated 2-room on the second floor (upper floor) and is well utilized with a lovely kitchen with washing machine, small Copenhagen bath / toilet and two large rooms. There are 3 m to the ceiling and SUPER bright. There are two storage rooms for the apartment that you have access to (with moderation), and there is also a bicycle storage room you can use. Your room is unfurnished, approx. 20 sqm north facing with view to the courtyard. There is plenty of space and the room is super utilized (rectangular, easy to decorate). About me: My name is Nikolaj, I am 25 years old and I study at DTU in Lyngby every day. I am a part-time musician and part-time employee of a television production company (my old work). I mainly eat vegan and am super good man, which I also expect you to be. I am generally a quiet and calm guy, and spend the vast majority of my time at home relaxing with something delicious cooking or reading. These criteria are essential for moving in with me (these are not for discussion): You are a vegetarian (like vegan). You are a student (it has something to do with housing support). You are a caretaker who likes to keep yours and my home clean and tidy. I'll stay in the apartment when I'm graduated, so it's essential that you keep it nice. You're NOT a party monkey. There is of course room to be able to have guests visiting and room for celebration in moderation as long as it is exceptional :) You do not have 10,000 things to make room for in kitchen, storage room etc. You are non-smoking. Last but not least, it is important for me to emphasize that you live for rent with me and it will be under my conditions. The room is rented out initially for 6-12 months at a time with the possibility of extension if it just runs :) I am looking forward to hearing from you!
