Want to be our third roomie in a cozy community - read on! You will live with two sweet fun-dwellers, Mathilde (23 years old) and Mathilde (22 years old) We have known each other since high school and have now had an opportunity together. As a starting point, we want to find a boy who wants to be part of a community where we together create a cozy home. But all inquiries are received with a kissing hand! The apartment is newly built, located at Amager and is only 9 min. by bicycle from Christianshavn. Good transport options with 2 min. to Lergravsparken metro and 5 km. to the Central Station. The rent is DKK 5200 per month (water, heating and internet are included) + electricity, which must be paid per night. quarter. The apartment is ready for occupancy on November 1st, where you are welcome to move in, otherwise we can agree more in advance about the occupancy date (occupancy by December 1st). Housing assistance is not yet included, but it will of course be shared between all three of us. When moving in, a deposit equal to 3 months rent + 1 month prepaid rent must be paid. About you: We are looking for a person aged approx. 23-26 years who have lived abroad before and have a stable economy. As a person you would fit in well if you are: Social and open Would like to have a community at home (Of course with space for and respect for privacy) Can take part in the communal cleaning: D Do not smoke Students, not a must. About the apartment: The apartment is 105 m2 in three rooms, a bathroom, common living room with large kitchen and a balcony. In addition to your room (see photo) you also have access to the common areas of the apartment. There is both washing machine, dryer and dishwasher which are free to use.
