Seeking two people for renting apartment
Dear home-seeking, Due to a stay abroad, my girlfriend and I have to rent our beautiful apartment from 1 / 5-2019 to 1 / 3-2020. We are flexible with the dates. It is a three bedroom apartment of 71m2. The apartment is suitable for sharing. Therefore, we are either looking for a couple who lack housing or two single people - it can of course also be two who know each other in advance. Rent for a room + expenses will be approx. 4500kr Rent + expenses for the whole apartment (incl. TV, internet, heating etc.) approx.9000 kr The apartment has a living room with sofa, TV and dining table. In addition, there are two rooms. One room is furnished with bed and closet and chest of drawers. The second room is not yet fully furnished, but there is a large closet for storage as well as a desk. Of course you can put your mark on this room yourself. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave and other kitchen utensils. Washing machine is to be found in the basement. Apartment is located in Hvidovre at Åmarken Station - very close to Valby and Valby Park, which is perfect for jogging, playing in the playground, picnic etc. In addition, Hvidovre Strand is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Transport: 8A goes straight to the door (stopover can be seen from window in living room), in addition, Åmarken station is just around the corner. We do NOT want smoked indoors.
