Seeking students to room in Odense C
I rent a room centrally in Odense at approx. 16 m2. The apartment is in a newer building and consists of a kitchen and two rooms as well as a bathroom. In addition, there is a shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and a small locked cellar for each apartment. The room is taken over freshly painted. Deposit is not yet fully determined but will last at approx. 3000 kr. The rent is at 2922.5 + consumption. However, it is possible to get 800 kroner in housing support. I prefer a female roomie - much like someone studying at SDU. In addition, I'm looking for someone who thinks it's coolest to have a home, with tidy common areas, who agree to share the cleaning job one week at a time.
