Looking for a big room in Vanløse!
Hi! My name is Ida and I'm looking for a tenant for a room in my 3-room apartment on Godthåbsvej in Grøndal (Vanløse, NV, whatever you will call it!) From 1/7 2018. The room is approx. 18 m2 and the rent approx. 3700 kr a month. In addition, 3 months of prepaid rent and 4000 DKK must be paid in the deposit. In the apartment there is a kitchen and a bathroom, the room for rent, my own room and a small room that is furnished as a reading room. The apartment is located just off the bus routes 2A, 21eren, 12eren and 10eren, very close to Flintholm st. and 15-20 min. by bike from the city. I took over the apartment this summer, where I have lived since a roomie that has now got my own apartment. I study Pharmacy at the University of Copenhagen on the 2nd semester and therefore I seek a roomate that, like me, is a student so our everyday lives and routines can match somewhat. The building is quite old and it is therefore very loud, so it's not rare to hear a little to the neighbor and the upper man and not least each other. I therefore prefer that you are a quiet and calm person who attends to the studio instead of in the apartment;) I also appreciate that you, like me, have an interest in keeping the communal areas clean and tidy. It is a non-smoking apartment, and unfortunately, there is no need to live a pet.
