Looking for a sweet roomie for bright and nice apartment in the west of town near the center
I rent one room in my two bedroom (rent) apartment, where I live alone in one room. The room has large windows facing the courtyard, which has lawn and a small terrace. The room itself is 15 sqm. but we share the kitchen, bathroom and the entrance. There is washing facilities in the basement. We are of course writing a lease :) It is rented to one person whom I would like to see are students (or future students). It is possible to seek housing support. In addition to the 1000 DKK in the deposit, I require one month's prepaid rent. The cupboard and the curtains let me stand and if you wish, I can also leave one of the tables, one of the mirrors and shelves standing. Besides that, the room is cleared when you arrive. The room is rented out as soon as possible.
