IS ROOMIE LOOKING FOR CLOSE TO EASTERN FACILITIES IN AALBORG? I am looking for a cute roomie for my apartment with occupancy from 1 December 2021. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: I stand with a 3-room apartment of 85 m2 on Norgesgade in Aalborg with a nice large living room, dishwasher, own ceiling and laundry room. ;) It is located super close to Østre Anlæg, so plenty of opportunity for some nature. By bike is CREATE with 5 minutes cycling distance and the center 10 minutes, and then there is a 5 minute walk to a bus that runs out to AAU campus east! ABOUT YOU: I am looking for a female roomie who is ready for a little coziness in the apartment - it can be cooking, board games, movies or just small talk. Looking for someone in their 20s who has some experience of living outside, and very much like another student. I expect we both cherish the apartment to keep it clean and tidy, at least about the common areas hehe. THE ROOM: Since I can only get the whole number of m2 in the apartment, I simply do not know the exact size of the room, but I want to shoot at about 11 m2? See possible picture. It costs DKK 3,400 including water and heating (which is deducted as housing benefit covers it, but the account is DKK 500), electricity and internet. Occupancy price: 9900kr! (DKK 6,500 in deposit + 1 monthly rent of DKK 3,400) A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I am 21 years old, and then I study Industrial Design at Aalborg University. I come from Fredericia, but then moved to Aalborg to study! I love to stand in the kitchen, play computer, I am very social, love to party and have people over. :) I have all the respect for a closed door, even I need it sometimes!
