Looking for sweet roomie
2 bedroom apartment of 56 m2 located on outer Østerbro, which is approx. 2-5 mins walk to Ryparken st. Your room would be 14 km2. The rent is 4400 kr / ma ° below including everything + 3 month down payment. However, it is ex. laundry (which is about DKK 10-14 per wash in the basement), internet and license, but this had to be found out later. I am looking for a roomie who would like to have a cozy home with me where you get along but also respect a closed door. I think it might be nice to have some dinner together occasionally or drink a glass of wine. I myself work right now. but will hopefully start studying here after the summer break.
