Looking for roommate to room in Aalborg city center
Hello, I'm a smiled and outgoing girl of 22 years. For everyday life, I study sports at AAU and is currently in 2nd semester. I have lived in Aalborg for almost a year, but originally from Zealand. I rent a room as soon as possible in my 93 sqm. Apartment, located centrally in Aalborg. The room where you will live is uncoated and approx. 18 sqm, with high ceilings. In addition, you will share the toilet / bath, kitchen and living / dining room with me. In practice, we share the apartment and each have their own room, - the rest is shared. The amount represents half of the rent as well as aconto heat, water, internet and electricity. Revenues / expenses for annual accounts are divided proportionally. The amount also includes a contribution of DKK 250 for loss of value on my deposit in the apartment. When moving in, you pay one month's prepaid expenses and the first month's expenses, totaling DKK 7,818. It should be mentioned that there is a possibility that we can seek housing support together. The rental period will, as a rule, be 6 months with the option of renewal. I am looking for a roommate who is socially employed so we avoid being two strangers under the same roof. However, this does not mean that there is no room for a closed door. In the common areas, I expect you to take your share of responsibility for keeping the apartment clean and tidy.
