Seeking roommate for my apartment in Odense
I am currently living alone in my 4-room apartment in Odense. I am therefore looking for a cute roomie who will rent one room. The room is 10 km2. The apartment is 1 km from Odense railway station and in good cycling distance to SDU or UCL. It is 93 m2 and consists of 3 rooms, a common large living / dining room, large kitchen, bathroom (with floor heating) and a loft. This includes a courtyard, laundry room and a small garden. I rent out only one room when the last room is used as a guest room / depot. The rent will be 4100kr incl. aconto heat and internet. Besides this, electricity will be charged every quarter, which we share in two. A disposable sum of 2 months rent is payable: NOK 8200. There has been painted and laid new floor in the rented room. The pictures are from before it was done. I will update the photos as soon as possible. My name is Maiken and I am 22 years old. I study for a teacher at UCL in Odense. Originally I came from Bornholm but moved to Odense last summer. I rarely hold parties at home, but it will not be an exclusion that it can happen, just as you also must. I am looking for a rommie who is down to earth, understands a closed door, but of course is also ready to talk or drink a beer. :-)
