Seeking roommate for an apartment in Valby near Damhussøen
Pr. March 1st, a bright and quietly furnished room is offered in two-room apartment in Valby for rent. The room is 14 sqm and costs in prepaid rent monthly 4,500 kr. The deposit is 4,500 kr. Rental period 1 / 2-1 year with possibility of extension. The rent is incl. water, heating, electricity, gas and internet. The apartment is located in Valby on Roskildevej close to Damhusøen in a quiet and quiet property. The whole apartment is 63 sqm. There is a 7 minute walk to Ålholm Station, and bus line 6A is right outside the property. I'm looking for a tenant for one room. I live with my puppy Sam, my golden retriever, in the other room. We share the kitchen and bathroom, of course, this applies to both use and cleaning.
