My name is Rasmus. I am 24 years old and want to rent a room of 8 m2. The apartment is a 3 bedroom townhouse of 68 m2. Throughout the apartment I have been able to work, with the help of my family and missing only the last room I plan to rent. I expect it to be moving from October 15th. The address is located on Old Køge Landevej 251A, 1 hall, dying 4, 2650 Hvidovre I am looking for a roommate aged 18-28 years old. Gender does not matter. You will preferably not have any animals. The DKK 4500 you will pay for the month will cover the following: - Rent - Electricity / Heating / Water - Internet - TV - Laundry basin - Use of the living room as a common area There will be a deposit for 3 months rent and if you move in on October 15, you will of course only pay a half month rent for the first month.
