Looking for a roommate in a 3 bedroom apartment from d 1/3 2018
I will take over from 1/3 2018 a brand new apartment in the "Neighborhood" behind Storcenter Nord, a few minutes from Aarhus University. I therefore seek a tenant for one room. The apartment is 71 sqm with two rooms of 12 sqm and a common room with kitchen. The rent is approximately 5000 SEK including electricity, heating, water and internet. (I expect that we can get full housing support and the rent will therefore be approximately 4500 SEK) In addition to rent, 1 month's prepaid rent and deposit are charged. For the last 4 months I have traveled around Southeast Asia with a friend. I am clean and loving, but I also appreciate being able to close the door to the room and enjoy being alone.
