Seeking roommate
Hello, I'm standing now and have to rent a part of my apartment because my roommate moves and wants to move as soon as possible. The apartment is located on Hunderupvej in Odense M (close to C) it is 68 sqm and is equally divided. There is about 12-16 min by bike to SDU and max 10 min into town by bike. In the apartment there is a wide hallway leading into either kitchen or bathroom. On each side of the hallway there is a door that leads into each part of the apartment. You will have a living room and a small room where your part will be mirrored by mine. Your part of the apartment is about 22 sqm of the property. Your part of the apartment will be unfurnished by occupation, as agreed upon as needed. The sooner the better. I am even a relatively clean person when it comes to common areas, so I expect that same from my new roommate. It does not mean there must be clinical and you can wash the dishes, but as long as you think about keeping the parts clean. In the kitchen you will have two cupboards for your items and then we share the closet for pots and pans. The stove was broken just after moving, so what we have is brand new. There is ample space in the fridge and a smaller freezer box that is also shared. Rent: The rent = 7,200 kr. A conto (water & heating) = 600 kr. Total = 7,800 kr. that your share will be $ 3,900 a month. Therefore, it would be a plus if you are a student, so you can apply for housing support. A deposit of DKK 10,800 will be paid, plus one month's prepaid rent, which PH (sweetest landlord in the world) will also have to come over so that you can also be on the lease. There is a shed of bicycle locks and a washer and dryer that is shared with the others living on the plot. The apartment is on the living room floor. A little about me: I'm 21, come from Bornholm and study on SDU and have been out of residence since I was 17. I'm a person who goes up in ecology, but that does not mean it's the same for you. I hear all kinds of music, but I do not know Danish music. I am always fond of a good glass of wine, good food and a board game. Harry Potter and Game of Thrones are something extra I care about, but I also see many genres of both movies and comics. So send me a little about yourself and then I invite you to a coffee / tea / beer / wine so we can talk and you can see the place. It's not a requirement to be a woman / girl, but that's a plus.
