Looking for a roommate - big nice apartment in the middle of Vejle pedestrian street
Hullo! I'm looking for a new roommate as my present moves out of his room. It is a 11 sqm room, which is part of a 3-room apartment of a total of 107 sqm, of which all except the two rooms are common areas. The apartment is located on the cousin BR at the town hall square and has windows that open directly to the pedestrian street while the balcony is set in a pleasant and peaceful backyard. The apartment is completely renovated 1 / 7-2016 and is therefore super fine with everything in the latest condition, including in Svane kitchen with induction hob, oven, relatively large fridge / freezer cabinet and dishwasher. The bathroom is large and bright and includes both washing machine and tumble dryer. Even I have moved to Vejle summer last year to study trade economist, which I'm in the business academy of Lillebælt. By person I'm one rather than enjoying a glass of wine while spending some hours behind the pots in the kitchen. In addition to this, I spend my spare time on workouts, having fun with friends and family, working at the Food Industry, and then a good movie or series never fails! I seek someone who can and will live under orderly conditions and who can respect and accept that we live two and that there are also some house rules of the landlord. As the apartment does not form the framework for sharing more than two, the expenses will be shared between us, so the rent will include. Water and heat are at DKK 4850. In addition, there is electricity, internet and TV. However, depending on income, there may be an opportunity to seek housing support.
