Looking for roomies for newly built apartment in Risskov
I have been fortunate enough to have a nice newly built apartment in Risskov Brynet with relocation d. 1 / 11-18. Risskov Brynet is an area of completely new and deluxe apartments. (https://risskovbrynet.dk) The apartments are approx. 10 minutes by bike from AU. The apartment I have got is a four-room apartment on the first floor built in 2018. The apartment is furnished with a larger common area consisting of kitchen / living room, and so three rooms that are approximately the same size (between 10-12 sqm). In all the rooms there are fitted wardrobes, which are also seen on the floor plan. In addition, there is a bathroom and a lovely balcony of 5kvm. I introduce the common areas with furniture and the kitchen with the necessary service and electrical appliances. In the apartment there is a dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer. I'm looking for two roomies for the other two rooms (the rooms marked on the picture with 1 and 2). The rent per person will be 3800kr per month +240 kr in consumption per. month. Starting from $ 19,240, the deposit is paid (3 months rent), one month's prepaid rent and the first month's rent (including consumption). There are three months termination. Housing support can at least cover the Internet and television. As I said, I'm looking for two roomies. Age and gender are not crucial, but I prefer that you are a student so we can get the maximum housing support.
