Seeking roomies
Hi! I'm lucky to take over a 136 sqm (!) Apartment on Jordbrovej in Aarhus N, close to Stjernepladsen per 1/4. Therefore, I'm looking for two roomies who will share home with me from April towards. The apartment is divided into 3 rooms, kitchen with dishwasher and large enough to accommodate a dining area, huge living room, entrance hall with fitted wardrobes and a toilet and a bathroom. There is indoor bicycle parking, laundry room with laundry and drying facilities and communal areas outdoors. The rooms I rent out are respectively. 7 and 9 sqm in size, and the rent is approximately 3800, incl. consumption, after housing support. I myself am 22 years old, from Fyn and I am reading a nurse at VIA campus N. I want to make a home where you feel comfortable and say hello when you come and go. A home where there is room for visits by friends and family, study groups, stressed exam periods with closed doors, parties and colors - community with all that entails. I prefer to find roomies there are students so that we can get housing support, age-matched and have tried to live out before, so cleaning and cleaning up is not quite strange and without pets and non smokers.
