Seeking roomie (partially rented apartment so even it has just for cheap money!)
Hi, I am looking for a roomie aged 19-27, then you are also looking for a roomie and if you have aged, look here! As I currently hold sabbaticals myself, I spend most of my time enjoying myself when I finally have time off, so I am also looking for a social roomie, but one who can also accept a closed door. You're going to live with me, Kamilla at 22, in my 57 sqm. Apartment which is divided into 2 rooms and a kitchen and a bathroom. Your room (with balcony) and my room, shared kitchen and shared bathroom. The apartment was renovated in 2016 and is furnished with a nicely newer kitchen which has dishwasher (!!) Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating, and your room of 18 sqm. And my room of 17 sqm. The room is taken over unfurnished in addition to a white clothes closet that is available. In the upstairs there is a laundry cellar which we share with 6 other apartments from the upstairs, 2 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer (There is always the possibility of washing). Price of washing is not included in the rent. As I said, I am currently starting my second sabbatical year, where I work for DFDS as a servant, where I work 14 days out and 14 days at home. Therefore, I also rent out half of my apartment as I am not very much at home. They will stand as tenants of 1/2 of the full plot of the rental property as it is seen as subletting the half of the dwelling. However, it also means that you have the place to yourself for the 14 days I'm not home (+ -) I'm open and talkative and always ready for a cup of coffee, games or having dinner together or something else! And also, I am a very social person who appreciates that everyone feels welcome at home. So of course there is also no problem in guests on your part as long as people behave nicely and I do not hear any neighbor complaints (: P) For me it really does not matter whether you are a smoker or not a smoker, it just so happens on your own balcony or outside the apartment. Furthermore, it doesn't matter to me whether you are a vegetarian or whether you eat meat, whether you are a student, have a Sabbath year or if you just need a place to live. My only requirement is that you are a person with a fixed income in the sense that you are well aware if there is an income to pay your rent each month. There is 3 months notice. If they wish to vacate the lease before the notice period has expired, they will still be liable for the costs in the following months.
