Seeking roomie for room in Aarhus C
I rent a room of approx. 14-15 sqm from 1/4 (as a starting point, but possibly with the possibility of taking over earlier) with a large, delicious wardrobe. The rental period is initially limited to 1/1 2020, but with good possibility of extension. The room, facing the backyard, is part of a 2-room apartment, which additionally consists of newer kitchen, shower / toilet and entrance hall. The property is perfectly located in Aarhus C in the green area around the Botanical Garden and the Old Town. The property is within walking distance of the center and the University Park. You will share the delights with me (Nathalie) in 25 years and medical students in the 10th semester. I am looking for an M / K over 23 years and students (the latter is a requirement due to the possibility of housing support). The price is incl. electricity, water, heating, internet, tv (intermediate package), license and home insurance - housing allowance is included. There is free laundry, tumble dryer and drying room in the basement, covered bicycle parking in the backyard and locked bicycle storage. In addition to the deposit, 2 months prepaid rent (and thus 2 months cancellation) - this can however be negotiated. Please write a little about yourself if you are interested in renting the room!
