Seeking roomie to room in 120 sqm. apartment at Frederiks Brygge
SEEKING ROOMIE FOR AUGUST! Me and a partner move to Copenhagen Venice, namely the South Harbor - and even looked at the right side of Sluseholmen, as our new caretaker says it ?? We take over the brand new apartment on Pladehals Allé on 15 / Aug and look for a good person for the third room. 120 sqm, 4 rooms, 2 toilets, large living / conversation kitchen on the 5th floor with panoramic views over Copenhagen on one side, and on the other side south facing balcony with a touch of view to Frederiks Brygge (you can see the water). In the surrounding courtyards we have access to eg. workshop, orangery and sauna. If you are to the public, then there is 1.5 km to both Dybbølsbro and Sydhavn st, and there is also a bus just down the front. The room is 8-9 sqm (the room in the upper left corner of the floor plan and the one in the pictures), and the monthly rent incl. on account water and hot is 5,350 kr. In addition there is a deposit and prepaid rent of 23,000 kr. If I have to say it myself, then Martin and I are some pretty nice people and at the same time quite uncomplicated to live with. We both finished our graduate this summer, Martin at KU and I at RUC. Martin also turns 28 soon and is working on his PHD in some medicine and health. I myself am the general manager of a concert venue in the interior. When at home we like to hang out on the couch, watch a beer or a soda while watching a movie or TV2 News on the TV. We have most of the necessary furniture and kitchen items from our current apartment.
