Looking for roomie for Øgaden
Halløj :-D Since my current roomie has chosen to move to Aarhus, I am looking for a new one to take over the extra room. It is a 3-room deluxe 72m2 apartment located in the attractive Øgade quarter. The apartment consists of a common living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as two rooms. Your room is the largest of 12 m2 with the corresponding balcony facing the courtyard and it will not be furnished when you move in. To the apartment there is also access to a common yard and a shared laundry in the basement. Laundry costs 20kr and dryer costs 15kr - this money must be transferred monthly depending on how many times you wash, as it is automatically deducted from the rent. In addition, there is a small storage compartment. The rent is incl. water, heating, electricity, license and internet at Fullrate. In addition, any housing support (right now, I and my current roomies housing support is around 900kr), therefore, I expect you to be a student. This will of course be shared equally between us, so the rent will be less than stated. Hope it makes sense! A little about me: My name is Pernille, I am 24 years old and studying daily at UCN, where I will start my last year after the summer holiday. In my spare time I have two jobs as a bartender and teacher teacher, and then I go to gymnastics, run and see friends / family. As I graduate next summer, I have set the tenancy period of 12-24 months, as I do not know how long I stay afterwards. However, there is a possibility that you can take over the apartment with my landlord. I'm looking for a roommate who is a student like myself so we can get housing support. Of course, I expect you to be responsible, mature, clean and that you can clean up yourself.
