Looking for a room for an apartment at Sluseholmen
Hi! I'm looking for a roomie for a free room starting between 19 / 8-1 / 9 and until 1/12. The room is 13 square meters, furnished with bed, closet and clothes rack and is a short distance to Aalborg University (1.5 km.), Sydhavns St. (1.8 km.) And fishing village (2.9 km.). There is a possibility for bus transport to the main train station just below the apartment. The rent is 4500kr and covers consumption, internet and TV. In addition, a deposit of one month's rent and 1 month's prepaid rent will be added. The apartment is 90 square meters and consists of a large shared kitchen, living room, private balcony in the room, roof terrace of 50 square meters, bathroom and toilet. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer available. Gender does not matter, but the age at the tenant we would like to be between 20-25 years. A little about me: You will be sharing an apartment with Mads, who will begin his studies, Teknoantropology at Aalborg University until September. Mads works during the summer on the ferry between Køge and Bornholm, as he has done the last three summers. He has spent his two sabbatical years traveling, having a high school and having taken a skiing season in Austria.
