The apartment is 82 sqm2 located on the first floor with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen.? There are two rooms, a large living room, two French balconies and a cozy patio. The apartment is located one and a half miles from the inner city, 6.3 km from the University of Southern Denmark and has shopping opportunities within walking distance. Your room is 16 sqm2. The rent is without housing support, as soon as this is approved, this will of course be deducted from the rent. A little about me: I originally came from Zealand, but have lived in Odense for the last 2 years. I am studying Political Science at the University of Southern Denmark, where I go on the 5th semester. I work as a student assistant at the Faculty of Social Sciences and instructor in Method 3 next semester. Furthermore, I am a tutor, which much of my time goes with. I generally have a busy weekday, but like to have a beer or two with my friends. I'm outgoing and typically in a good mood. A little about you as a tenant: You are a student at a higher education in Odense. You're ready for a community, but also respects a closed door. Common areas must be in order and clean.
