Seeking Roomie for rent equality in Odense
We are two boys of 21 who are seeking a roomie to our apartment. The apartment is on 133kvm and is on Lundsgårdsvej Odense. The room for rent is around 12 sqm (not quite sure if it is greater). Otherwise shared apartment equally and we have a really nice together. We are both studying engineering at sdu. The rent is 3250 kr in the month, but then comes the housing benefit in 1000 kr, so you end up down the 2950ca. As the rent is taken from our friend moving out must be paid 3 months prepaid rent to landlords + a deposit. This amounts to approximately 18000kr. The apartment has its own washer and dishwasher.
