Looking for a small room in a big apartment
Looking for a new roomie for our lovely 134kvm apartment at Vesterbro Torv! The room is small (12 sqm), but our common area (100kvm) is huge! On the two floors of the apartment there are three rooms, a large kitchen-dining area, two bathrooms and a balcony and two terraces. The rent is 7200 incl everything because the location or the apartment is super delicious and together with the room you also get two residents: Maja (31) is a high school graduate in chemistry and soon on his way to his 15th Roskilde Festival. Anton (28) is a German PhD student who loves board games and movies and has started to sail. We share our purchases, try to cook each other several times a week (vegetarians are welcome) and we have a weekly cleaning plan. We like to have guests, but it is also a matter of course that we take into account each other's everyday life and sleep needs. And while we try to be tolerant of other opinions (and hope you are the same), do not be (fixed) smokers.
