Seeking roomie for community in Teglholmen
As my current roomies move out this summer, I am looking for a new roommate from July 1st. The apartment is located in Teglholmen in Sydhavnen and is a total of 103 sqm divided into 4 rooms with a large kitchen / dining area and a shared balcony. In addition, it is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and then it is only 30 meters from the water, which is really delicious in the summer. The rented room includes a storage room / walk-in closet, and the room will be unfurnished upon takeover, with the exception of a small built-in closet that also belongs to the room. The rent of DKK 5,800 includes all fixed expenses - electricity, water, heating and the Internet. In addition, there is a prepaid rent of DKK 5,150, which covers the last month's rent. On the other hand, one can set off an expected housing allowance and an expected repayment (after experience) from the rent, which means that the real monthly rent is probably 5.400 DKK. You will share the apartment with me and Sara. I am 22 years old, come from Copenhagen and read for daily political science at the University of Copenhagen. Sara is also 22 years old, comes from Svendborg and plans to start on a humanistic line at Roskilde University after the summer holidays. We are both quiet and calm people who appreciate cleanliness and who enjoy being social in every possible way with those around us. About you: We are primarily looking for one around our own age, who is a student or a worker, or who is planning to start a study after the summer holidays. But we are also open to others, so if you tell a little about yourself, then it may be that we can meet over a cup of coffee :-)
