Seeking roomie for 88 sqm apartment
10-15 min to the station on foot and only 5min from bus and shopping. Only 20 minutes drive to Kbh. Very bright light 3-room apartment, if I would say so, with french balcony in the living room, basement room, bath and toilet in separate room, waterfall shower and (my favorite) Sonos speaker so you can listen to music in the bathroom if you want to. No tv channels but, in turn, access to the whole thing: Netflix, viaplay, HBO, tv2play When my brother moves with my girlfriend, I'm looking for a roomie to share the apartment with. It is the large room available. There is also plenty of closet space, a 4 m long cabinet in the hallway for sharing. That's why there's nothing missing, pots, pans, big tv, yes it's all. It is, of course, furnished, but it is possible that we can redecorate the common living room and kitchen together. You can also bring things to the room. My brother is loading a desk + chair, mirror, bedside table and brand new bed, but otherwise we'll just find another place for it if there was nothing. The 4200 is ALT included.
