Seeking a roomie with good mood to take one room of 17m2 in Copenhagen. I have a room available at 17m2 to my delicious apartment on Lyngbyvej 62 in Østerbro in Copenhagen and are therefore looking for a new roomie to take over one room from d. 05.01.2017. About the apartment: The apartment is 70m2, 2 rooms of respectively 22m2 and 17m2, large balcony in both rooms, large hall, kitchen, toilet, dishwasher and washing machine. The deposit is 28,000, - and the monthly rent will be 5316.50, - + 150, - for internet + electricity settled at. month. All external expenses such as licensing, etc. are settled just above. - 50m to Lidl, Rema 100 and Facts. - 200m to Ryparken St. - 200m to buses all run to Nørreport, Copenhagen H etc. - Seeking not few. I prefer a roomie between 20-25 years with good humor, good energy, cleanliness, sociable, but also have respect for a closed door. I do not have high demands, as long as we swing together. ;-) About me: I work in the clothing store and is therefore very up and clothes and fashion. Typically, I work from early morning until evening, when the time is right, I use like a few hours in the gym per week and with my friends.
