Seeking roomie from September 16th to December 1st
RENTAL OF ROOM AT WEST AMAGER - COPENHAGEN S SEPTEMBER 16 TO DECEMBER 1, 2019 We are four young people who have been lucky enough to get hold of an apartment on Amager from September 16, however, our fourth roomie will not move in until December 1st. , that's why we are subletting his room from September 16th to December 1st. The room is sublet unfurnished. The apartment is a 4 bedroom apartment + living room / kitchen. It is 106 m2, with three almost equal rooms and one which is slightly larger (it is currently unknown what room you will get as it is not decided). The apartment has a bathroom with washer and dryer, a large terrace, dishwasher in the kitchen and a shared patio which is shared with the other apartments in the building. The apartment is located on Richard Mortensens Vej in a new building by the name of Lavetten. It is located about 300 m from the metro which runs into Copenhagen K in about 15 min and close to shopping. Rent: DKK 4500 incl. Consumption and internet Deposit: DKK 5000 Rent for the entire rent (DKK 11,250) + security deposit (DKK 5000) payable on occupancy = DKK 16,250 A little about your maybe future roomies ?? We all know each other throughout our college trip, which we went on from February to May this year, when we traveled to India, Nepal and Thailand. We all love being social and getting to know new people, but we can easily respect each other's privacy. Sarah Blåbjerg, 21 years old and has just started her third sabbatical. Last year I worked in a clothing store and serve in Aarhus, where I grew up, but now something new has to happen and I hope to find a barista job in Copenhagen. I've lived out for just over 2 years. I love a good cup of coffee and maybe a little beer on a good day in the company of my friends. Jakob Teilmann, 22 years old, born and raised in Aarhus. I also just started my third sabbatical year and am primarily moving to Copenhagen to hopefully be able to start the pedagogy study next summer. I love watching a good football game and drinking a beer with my friends. Mie Sveistrup Jensen, 19 years old. I moved to Copenhagen from Jutland a few months ago, when I am just starting my second sabbatical year. I like to drink a beer or watch a good movie with my friends. Are you looking for us? We are looking for a person of minimum 20 years who is not afraid to live with three happy college people. Like a student since we can get higher housing support, but this is not a requirement.
