Julie is 23 years old, reading to social educator and playing theater. Sebastian is 25 years old and is becoming a bicycle mechanic. We all love being social, and enjoy drinking beer and wine while playing board games, but we also appreciate being able to close the door. The apartment itself: The apartment is a 4 bedroom apartment in Valby, 5 minutes walk from Ny Ellebjerg station. It is located in the brand new Grønttorvet. The apartment is 107 m2 and the available rooms are 9 m2. There is a basement room, balcony and roof terrace. The rent is approx. 4000, - (we will get a rent increase soon, and therefore we are not quite sure of the amount) and this includes internet, water and electricity. The deposit is 7500, -.
