Hey folks! We are looking for a third roomie in our dear mini-community! Preferably already from April 1st, but also with possible relocation from May 1st. The cabin is 121 square meters and we have 3 rooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and a living room. The house is the upper part of a house in the western part of town! That is, we have our own little garden where we can grill for summer and grow strawberries etc! It is not far from the stadium and is only a few miles from Vesterbro! We appreciate the life and cosiness of the cabin, and therefore want to eat some food, play some games and drink some wine once in a while, but of course also respect a closed door. Your room will be the largest of the rooms, and the rent will be 3500 NOK incl. water and heat. Upon deduction, NOK 10,500 is paid for the first month as well as the last two months' prepaid rent, as well as a deposit of 6,667 - ie 17,167 kroner. In addition, 150 kronor is paid every month to a community account that goes to the repair of things and cases, to the cottage, cleaning and party. Forge us a message and look over!
