Seeking roomemate / roomie to share nice apartment with
On October 2nd, I'm lucky to be able to move into a nice 2 bedroom apartment near Odense harbor. I therefore hope to find a nice roommate / roomie who will move in. The apartment is a total of 68 sqm and contains two large rooms on each approx. 16 sqm (where one will stay there). In addition to the two rooms there is a nice entrance hall with fitted wardrobes, kitchen with dining area and nice bathroom. (The pictures are unfortunately limited because they are from the housing company's previous advertisement at Boligportal.dk) The rent is SEK 3800 per person. month (including water, heating, electricity and internet) There will be paid a total of 15.200kr (rent, 1 month prepaid rent and 2 month rent). When you move in, we can apply for housing support, so hopefully we can live a little cheaper :) A little about me: I'm a 25-year-old who studies International trade on EAL daily and works undercover as the IT nerd in the mayor's administration in Odense Municipality. ... But that's the very formal part of who I am. I'm an outgoing and active person who loves to spend my time having fun and balancing with friends, training (climbing, fitness, running and new challenges) and a little relaxation with movies and playstation. As for movies, I have a weakness for action, adventure and Disney / Pixar. In addition, I am a real food enthusiast and enjoy spending time in the kitchen. (Of course, it's always fun when you're more). Here I also specialize in experimenting with new healthy dishes for study prices. Originally I'm from Zealand, but have lived the last 5 years in Odense. Of this, most of the time has been in the colleges and the community hall. I am looking for an upcoming roomie / roomate who appreciates having common everyday activities and getting involved in each other's life is important.
