The room rented out is 10 m2 and is furnished with wardrobe and possibly. bed (200x140). The living room of 13m2 is furnished, but there is room for personal touch. I expect you as a tenant to respect the company's house order, do not smoke indoors, is the person in charge and helps keep the apartment clean and tidy.
