Looking for Commuter to room
We rent a 12 sqm room in Aarhus V. As a tenant, you have free access to a newly renovated kitchen (2022), a newly renovated bathroom (2020), a large living room and a 10 sqm covered balcony. There is a laundry cellar in the building. You will live with Laura and Simon, 25, who are both working on their master's degrees. Simon studies daily at SDU, so you don't get to see him that much, as he is away most weekdays. When Simon is not studying, he spends his free time on Fitness, friends, baking creations in the kitchen or another one of his DIY projects. Laura studies at AU, and will do an internship in the autumn. When Laura is not studying, she spends her free time working out, drinking a lot of coffee and wine with her friends and working on various creative projects. The rent will probably be slightly lower than indicated, as we do not yet know how much we will receive in housing benefit. We rent the room for two semesters, with the possibility of extending the rental period into the summer holidays if there is interest. We would like to see that you are a student and have tried living abroad before. You can find out how to swing the diet and help with the housework when there is a need for it.
