Rental of room with occupancy on February 1st! The apartment is located right by Stjernepladsen, so 5 minutes walk to the University Park and with many opportunities for shopping and transport. The room is approx. 11 m2 with built-in cupboard. The room is rented unfurnished and for an unlimited rental period. The rent is expected to be SEK 4300 (including water, heating, electricity, internet and home and travel insurance). There is a large living room, kitchen with dishwasher, bath and entrance, which is common. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. I would like you to be a student, so there is the possibility of housing support :-) There is a deposit of 3 months rent. Then there is a month's prepaid rent.
