Looking for rent to a room in a part-apartment between April and August
Hi, Home Search! We are two students who rent the first floor of a charming mansion villa, totaling 90m2. This includes a large living room, balcony, 2 separate rooms, bathroom and kitchen, plus a large storage room. The apartment is within walking distance of the DR City metro, IT University, KUA and Amagerbrogade. There are good shopping and a large park next door. For rent: I (Mathias) rent out my room when I am in exchange in Japan from 01-04 to 01-08. The room will be there during this period and there will be the possibility of using the bed, table and comforter in the room. What we are looking for: We are looking for a tenant who will be able to move in and stay in the room during that period. We are looking for a student aged 22-28 who wishes to live in a cozy and social apartment where friends and study friends are visiting, something that you are also very welcome to. Basically, we are busy but like to cook and eat together and generally interested in each other's everyday life, something that we hope you also want. Everyday, he is a graduate in IT & Cognition at the University of Copenhagen and works as a student assistant. In his freedom he holds social activities.
