Hi! When I shall abroad internship in Australia from d. May 23, I seek a tenant to my room on Nørrebro. In the apartment live my current roomie, Tobias, who remain six months. It is not possible to rent the room for longer than 6 months. The apartment is 54 m2, with a small bathroom and new kitchen. It is important for us to find a quiet tenant who knows how to take care of the apartment and especially the new kitchen. We are looking for an older tenant, any woman who has regular income which is social but also understands a closed door. Tobias is 22 years old and working full time at Telia. He has lived in the apartment for nearly six months and is quiet when he is home. Tobias is interested in finding a quiet tenant who is easy to live with and not partying and making noise until late at night.
