The apartment itself is 57 square meters, of which your room is approximately 18 square meters. The accommodation is on the 4th floor and there is a lift right outside the door. The loft is ideal for having its bed so that there is room in the room to have a sofa and desk. You also own a large terrace with beautiful sea views. ? We share in the kitchen where there is everything in hardware and service, plus a nice bathroom with washer and dryer. There is a bicycle cellar where you can also freely use a small mini bike workshop. In addition to this, there is also basement parking. If desired, you can purchase the bed that is already on the loft at a good price. It has only been used for a year and is in good condition. The price for the room, kitchen and bath is 4,500. Both water and heat are paid here. In addition, there is a deposit of 3 months rent, which means that the total amount will be 13,500 to be paid by 29 November at the latest. ??
