Looking for tenant per 1 August
From the 1st of August I am looking for a roomie who can take over the second room in my apartment located in Vejlby / Risskov. The apartment is part of the new building Nordlandet and is well located in relation to good bus connections and light rail to Aarhus. There are good shopping opportunities and fitness 5-10 minutes from here. The apartment itself is 57 square meters, of which your room is about 18 square meters. The home is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator right outside the door. There is a loft where it is obvious to have your bed so that there is room in the room to have a sofa, desk or whatever else you want. You also have your own large terrace with beautiful sea views and morning and afternoon sun. We share a kitchen where there is everything in hardware and tableware, plus a nice bathroom with washer and dryer. There is a bicycle cellar where you can also freely use a small mini bicycle workshop. In addition to this, there is also a parking basement as well as a basement room for storing things. The price for the room, kitchen and bathroom is 4,700. In this, both water, heating and internet are paid for. In addition, there is a deposit of 3 months rent, which is why the total amount will be DKK 14,100. I am looking for a roomie who is stable and can keep the apartment relatively clean. I respect a closed door, but am always ready to make dinner or have a glass of wine / beer together. I want you to be between 18 and 25 years old.
