Looking for a female roomie for a cozy apartment in Langenæs
I am looking for a cute roomie per 1/9/2022 to share my large apartment on Nordborggade with :) Possibility of moving in sooner! The apartment itself is 80 m2 and consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room, 2 rooms and a small balcony. the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and in the basement there is free use of a washing machine. ;) Furthermore, there is an incredibly cozy courtyard which also contains free parking. The rent is DKK 5,000 per month (incl. electricity bill DKK 300, heating bill DKK 200, water, internet and stairwell washing) Deposit is 2 months' rent + 1 pre-paid rent. The rent is limited to 2 years as I don't know what the future holds. A little about me: I am 27 years old and work full-time as a student assistant in an architectural firm here in Aarhus. In September, I start at the School of Architecture to take the last 2 years as a graduate student (hence the limited rental period). I love DIY projects, board games and wine with friends and good food. I still haven't learned to drink coffee, but I always have something in stock for my guests :) I'm ready for someone who wants to have a social apartment with me, where we share both household chores and pleasant moments together, of course with respect for privacy.
