Looking for a nice roommate
Do you need a place to live during education? I have a room for rent for 6-12 months, with the possibility of extension. About the apartment: - Bedroom (12 sqm). Your new room? - Spacious living room (30 sqm). Here I would sleep. - Large balcony with large gas grill. - Large kitchen with dishwasher. - Large bathroom with washing machine. - 10 min walk / 3 min by bike to Måløv station. Travel time to Copenhagen Central Station, 28 min. About the room: - It is 3.45m x 3.45m - Blackout curtains and door to private terrace. Me as a landlord: I am a young guy of 25, who lives in Smørum in my 80kvm apartment. I am studying a physiotherapist in Roskilde. I enjoy long talk, play FIFA (and other games), board games, have fun with friends and have a drink when the apartment suits. In addition, I love to watch English football so if you're a fan of that sport, that would be a plus. I rent my room, and therefore I would like to live in the living room. You as a tenant: - You must be a guy since I have always lived with girls and would like to try something new. But depends on whether we match. - You should (preferably) be non-smoker. "I love dogs, but prefer to avoid moving a dog with one. - You must understand that I am the kind of person who can get up early. I'm very quiet, but the coffee machine may lame a little in the morning. - You must agree that I live in the living room and respect that as well as our common room, it is also half my room. "I'm doing a lot of cleanup and cleanliness. You should be welcome to mess in your own room, but the rest of the house may look fairly representative when you leave it. - I would love to play PlayStation with you or watch movies with you! Just a little more serious. I am a guy with a little back problems (2 operations), so for some days I spend more or less on the sofa ?? Economy: - The price to stay here is 3500kr a month (and it is with water, heating, internet and television). - In addition, you should consider whether you will be responsible for your own purchase of food or whether we have made a "food account". If there's more, ask me finally.
