Looking for a roommate to room in bicycle distance to Aarhus C
As my current roomie moves out in late August, I stand with an empty room that I would like to rent out. The apartment is from 2015 and on 58 sqm. Good size kitchen room with dishwasher and two rooms of approx. 13 sqm each. In addition, there is a bathroom with its own washer / dryer and a large shared balcony. The apartment is located in Tilst and is a small 20 minute bike ride or good bus connections to Uni or Bss. There are shopping within walking distance. A little about me: My name is Dennis Jepsen and I'm 20 years old. I come from a town in Sønderjylland called Vejen and moved to Aarhus last year. I have just finished the first year at HA Almen at Aarhus BSS. In addition, I have a leisure job next door. I want to describe myself as quiet and quietly landscaped. I like to cook a cold beer or a good bottle of wine, coffee, run a good trip or see some good series. I am looking for a roomie that is economically stable, fairly clean and just really nice. I am in a good community and therefore hope for a good acquaintance. The room is a pour and must be respected a closed door. I would prefer my new roommate to study so that we can get full housing support of 1000 kr. The rent on the 3900 is without housing support and eg electricity / water / heating and internet access. In addition to the room there is of course access to the common kitchen family room, bathroom, shared balcony and a cot.
