Hi, my friend Oscar Findal Andreassen and I (Bjørn Lildal Amsinck) are renting a room in our lovely 4-room apartment of 82m ^ 2 located in the Åparken next to Ceresbyen a stone's throw from the center! We are missing a third person for our community when we move in on 1/7. The apartment has a new kitchen with dishwasher and a good living room in extension with the kitchen. There is a good bathroom, with plenty of space and the apartment is equipped with own washing machine, there is a drying room and also a storage room in the basement. Practical info: Acquisition on 1/7 2020. The rent is DKK 4,300 / month (includes on account water and heating of DKK 300). Deposit is 16,300 (deposit and one month's prepaid rent). In addition, there will be extra costs for electricity and the Internet. Your room is marked as WEATHER 3 with a size of 9m ^ 2. Who are you? We want you to be spacious, sweet and ready to hang out for catan evenings with coffee, wine and drinks. We hope that we can create a good social bubble where we all enjoy and enjoy a lot. Of course with respect for private and student life. That is why we also want you to be a student already, or are going to study this summer just like us in terms of housing support. Who are we? Oscar: I'm 21 and expect to start engineering this summer. I'm happy and open. I play tennis a couple of times a week and otherwise spend most of my time with my friends, family or at work.
