Seeking a roomie for 3-room apartment
Hi! I am a 24 year old woman from the Faroe Islands, who is looking for a new roomie to move in on 01.09.2019, as my current roomie unfortunately moves. I study for nurse in the 4th semester. I am smiling, down to earth and like to be social. You will move into a 3-room apartment of 70 sqm. Your room will be about 14 sqm. The building itself has a courtyard, basement and each apartment has a storage room in the attic. In the apartment is a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is 1.5 km from the center, 250 meters from Fakta and Kvickly, 50 meters from a pizzeria and other take-aways. Parking is also available. The bus stop is 50 m from the apartment and it runs into the center and out to universities in the east (about 30 min). The price is SEK 3850 per month incl. water and heat. Deposit: 10,477kr. It is possible to apply for housing support (my roomie and I got around 500kr each) I am looking for a fresh roomie, someone who wants to be social and is about the same age (22-28 years, - sex doesn't have that much to say) . I really appreciate a clean and nice apartment and expect you to contribute to this as well. Besides that, it is important that you feel at home and there is room for each other's differences and privacy.
