Looking for a roomie with a nice smile and bold personality
Hi! I own a smaller 4-bedroom townhouse in Brønshøj, where Monica is 21 years old, who is a student student, loves beer and creamy hives in weekdays and weekends when she is out of the world's agreements. She is a wonderful nice, happy and nice roomie. I myself also have a room in the apartment but is not much more since I spend most of my time with my girlfriend :-) We also had a 3rd room named Sofie, who is a good friend of both of us. But she moved home to her girlfriend in Glostrup a short while ago. So now we have a free room where we want a female roomie, with good personality and a nice smile! The apartment consists of: - A small entrance hall where there is room for the daily jacket and a hallway with plenty of room for winter boots, winter jackets, hats and scarves, etc. - A Copenhagen 2-bathroom bathroom with bath, washbasin, mirror and a closet for all our toiletries. - A kitchen with oven, large fridge, microwave, new extractor hood, new dishwasher and new laundry machine (washing machine and tumble dryer in one). - 3 rooms: mine at approx. 7 sqm (elongated), Monicas at approx. 5 sqm. (square) and maybe yours at approx. 5 sqm. (square) - A square living room, approx. 20 sqm. with large sofa, TV, round black dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard for school books, various cozy stucco and a small balcony with table and 3 chairs. The apartment has been renovated with new wallpaper, two new walls, new electricity, new floors and much more in the summer holidays, so much of it is brand new. There are still some pieces that are being finished, like the final power connections over the ceiling in the kitchen, and a small wall under the window in the kitchen that is to be drained and painted. It is expected to be completed within the next couple of weeks. Both painters and electricians are running. The apartment is located on Veksøvej, a side road to Frederikssundsvej, where there are 2 minutes to the bus stop with buses 2A, 5C and 350S. Driving to Nørreport (20 min), Central Station (25 min), Frederiksberg (10-15 min), Tingbjerg (5-10 min), Husum (5 min), Herlev (10 min) and Ballerup ). It is 5-7 min by bike to Islev Station, where the C line runs to the city. Within 5-10 minutes walk: 2x Net, Facts, Lidl, Føtex and Superbrugsen Several pizzerias, kiosks, a sushi restaurant, shelltank, 2 different coffee shops, bodegas and Fitness World, LOOP Training Center and more. The rental period is not as such defined. The maximum is 2 years. Minimum is enough approx. 1 year. But if you suddenly go out and experience the world, or change jobs far away or something else, then it's also okay to come after 3-6 months and say it. There is much understanding from here. The termination period is two months. The normal is 1 month but has extended it to 2 for us, so you have time to find another place and / or a new resident. The rent is 4000 DKK a month and the deposit is 8,000 DKK and one month's prepaid rent. Ie 12,000 in total.
