Looking for a new sweet roomie
I rent a room in my apartment on Peter Vedel's street in Amager, Copenhagen S. The room is approx. 23 sqm. big and comes with closet. It is possible to get it incl. furniture such as sofa bed, chest of drawers and desk. The apartment itself is a 3-room apartment. The room follows access to kitchen, well-functioning bathroom, hallway area and washing machine in the apartment and dryer in the basement. There is also access to a really nice new renovated farm, worth the gold in the summer. The bus 5a runs almost right outside the door and 3 metro stations are also not very far away. In addition, there are shopping opportunities within 5 min. walk. The rental period starts on 01.09.2018. The rent is 6500 DKK incl. heating, water, and internet. Deposit is 3 month rent. You are going to share the apartment with me. I am 31 years old and originally from Germany. I appreciate finding a tenant who understands one's privacy, but also wants to share the occasion and everyday life, for example cooking, red wine evenings or playing evenings. Make sure that there is between 28 and 35, either student or full-time work and no party parties are holding parties every weekend. If that sounds like something for you, then send me a message :-)
