Looking for a new roommate
When my old roommate has chosen to switch to a new education in Aarhus, I'm missing a new roommate who can move in during the summer. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a master villa located on Vestré Allé only 2 km from Aalborg city center. To the apartment there is a common garden shared with the other residents in the hallway. The apartment consists of a new kitchen, bathroom, shared living room and 2 rooms. You will get the large room of 12 m2. Since I have the small room of 5 m2, where there is only room for a small desk, I also have a desk in the living room where I do most of my schoolwork. Of course, the living room is still common and you are welcome to stay in the living room even though I sit and study, it will only be nice with a little company;). A little about me: My name is Per, is 22 years old, and studies for daily Industrial Design on the 4th semester. I'm very interested in motorsport, cars and the like. In addition, I like to get something for my hands, and so I often go to some project, such as the new sofas that I have just built. In this regard, the landlord has given me permission to build a hobby workshop in the garage, which I see small is about to finish now. I am looking for a positive, happy and responsible roommate aged 19-25 who are healthy at entering a small community where we can often cook together, enjoy a drink, drink a beer, and generally enjoy it. I imagine you are already a student, or going to study in Aalborg, and therefore understand the study life at times hectic periods. The rent will be at approx. 2600 kr (Including water and heating), depending on how much housing support we can receive. In addition, there will be a deposit of 7860 DKK.
