Seeking someone who will rent 2 room on amagerbrogade close to EVERYTHING!
Hi all women seeking housing. My sweet roomie move out and I therefore seek A new roomie to rent two rooms in my apartment. I have a 3V apartment on amagerbrogade (85 sqm) close to everything - all supermarkets, fitness world, amager center, metro etc. You name it. I am in many periods not home so often, and therefore should only use one room, which is isolated from the other two that I want to rent out. It is a really nice apartment with white lye wooden floors and high ceilings with large kitchen and bathroom. A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Between the two rooms (living room + be) you hire is an opening which can be inserted a door, if desired. Incidentally, there is a gaberobeskab in the room. A little about me: I am a quiet but fresh, outgoing and mature young woman of 22, who are loyal and always helpful. I read my graduate in dentistry (dental), and sits therefore often reading to very late at the studio. Besides the studio I work at the airport and at a dental clinic and also has a great passion for fashion and design, and I love to work out! I'm cleanliness, and will appreciate someone who is willing to help to keep lejl nice. We do not need to be best friends, but it is still very important to me that we get on well together and if necessary can have a chat over a coffee sometimes. You must not only be a tenant in my home, but then you also feel at home. :-) ENGLISH: I have a 3-room apartment, and as I will only be Needing one room, I would like to clean 2 of the rooms to one person (ONLY female). It's a beautiful apartment - nice wooden floors and high til ceiling - and it's located on the main street som betyder everything is right next to you. There's a washing machine + dryer in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Between the two room you'll be renting (your own living room + bedroom) is an "opening", but you can insert a door if ønskede. About me: I'm a positive and easy-going 22 year old young woman and I believe att I'm loyal and always helpful. I'm studying Odontology / dentistry som betyder I spend most time studying till late at school. Besides my studies I work at the airport and to a dental clinic. I also having a huge passion for fashion and design, and love to workout and travel! I do care about cleaning, so you've two be willing two wanna help out that keeping the apartment clean and tidy. Besides att I'm pretty down to earth, openminded and easy-to get along with if you ask me :-) We do not nødvendigvis need-to blivit best friend, but it's Very Important for me at vi get along and I would like if we could have a talk about coffee or dinner now and then and yet respectfull hver others privacy. I want you two feel at home as my roomie! :) Price: 6500 (rent including internet) + 250 (prepayment - water / heating) = 6750 kr. In addition comes an electricity bill every quarter, which is shared between us.
